These terms govern your use of PropGPT at propgpt.lol. By creating an account you agree to them.

PropGPT is a research tool. It queries property, ownership, lien and market data and returns analysis: comps, value ranges, condition reads, skip traces and lists.
Outputs are estimates derived from third-party data and models. They are not appraisals, not legal advice, not credit decisions, and must be verified before you rely on them.
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organization per account; do not share credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old and use the service in compliance with applicable law, including telemarketing, anti-spam and consumer protection rules when contacting property owners.
Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe on a monthly basis and include monthly credits as described on the pricing page.
Credits are consumed when a run executes. Monthly credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise. Overage is charged at the per-credit rate of your plan.
You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Do not resell or redistribute bulk data, scrape the service, bypass credit accounting, or use it to harass owners, discriminate unlawfully, or build a competing data warehouse.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break rate limits, or violate these terms.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Third-party data and MLS coverage can change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
