01Information we collect
Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.
Usage information: queries you run, searches you save, lists you export, credit consumption and the pages you visit while signed in.
Billing information: our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card details directly. We receive the subscription status, plan, invoice history and the last four digits of the card — never the full card number.
Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and cookies needed to keep you signed in. See the cookie policy for details.
02How we use it
To provide the service: run your queries against property, ownership and market data, keep your session, and remember your buy box between sessions.
To operate billing: manage subscriptions, apply credits and process refunds through Stripe.
To secure and improve the product: detect abuse, diagnose errors, and understand which features are used.
To communicate: transactional email about your account, subscription and service changes. Marketing email is opt-in and can be turned off at any time.
03Property and people data
Property, ownership, lien and demographic data is served through RealEstateAPI from public records, MLS feeds and licensed data sources. Do not use the service to harass anyone or to make eligibility decisions regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.
04Sharing
We share data with processors that run the service on our behalf: hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, and Google for sign-in.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose data when legally required, and in connection with a merger or acquisition under equivalent protections.
05Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Query history is kept so your lists keep working, and can be deleted with your account.
To request access, export or deletion, email support@propgpt.lol. We respond within 30 days.
06Your choices
You can sign out at any time, cancel your subscription from billing settings, and ask us to delete your account and associated data.
