This policy explains when PropGPT refunds subscription payments and credit purchases.

You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If a renewal charged you by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will refund that charge.
Credits that have been consumed by runs are not refundable, because the underlying data lookups are billed to us immediately.
If you were charged for a run that failed and returned no result, we will refund the credits — open the run in your history and contact support.
If PropGPT is not what you expected, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund the subscription in full, no questionnaire required.
Refunds are issued to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
